Healthcare Wellness commenced in 2004 together with Chrnicare Medicines. Through Chronicare Medicines’ innovative approach to the provision of chronic medication to scheme members, an additional arm was established, namely Healthcare Wellness, which is a self-managed company that provides Wellness Days throughout South Africa.

Healthcare Wellness assists with the management and education of patients and thereby improves the wellness of scheme members and/or employees. The additional value offered to medical schemes and/or employer groups ensures quality care to members and ultimately saves costs to both employer and medical schemes.
